Executive Manager Commercial Services

Driven to make a real difference (and make the numbers work to support it), Adam blends smart commercial thinking with meaningful impact.

With 15+ years’ experience in operations, strategy, and commercial management, including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager roles across health and insurance, he’s known for his calm, collaborative leadership and focus on sustainable, high-quality outcomes.

Passionate about mental health and wellbeing, Adam chairs Skylight Mental Health.

Outside work, he’s a long-suffering (but hopeful) Crows fan, keeps active, and enjoys time with his family.

Dr Jessica Howe

Clinical Lead - Positive Behaviour Support

PhD Clinical Psychology, BBSc Hons

Dr Jessica Howe is an Advanced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner and Clinical Lead for Positive Behaviour Support.

With 10 years in disability, she delivers evidence-based supports grounded in human rights, quality of life and person-centred practice.

A lifelong learner, she is working on adapting Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy for neurodivergent people, learning Latin American Spanish, and is an advanced open water scuba diver.

Julianne Gill

Clinical Lead - Speech Pathology | Speech Pathologist

Julianne is an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist with many years of practice across a wide range of settings, including schools, preschools, playgroups, community services, clinics, and family homes.

Her passion lies in the early years, where she works closely with children and their carers, taking the time to understand each family’s unique circumstances. She provides thoughtful, individualised support that builds confidence and practical skills for both carers and children, helping children reach their full potential.

Julianne enjoys working across all areas of communication, language, feeding, and speech production.

As a qualified Autism assessor, she has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent children and their families, offering guidance and care at the beginning of their journey.

She is also committed to mentoring and supporting other Speech Pathologists through knowledge sharing and ongoing professional learning.

Outside of work, Julianne enjoys spending time in nature, practising yoga, and being with family.
