Elcies Speech Pathology partners with Flying Start registered early learning services to create communication-rich, inclusive environments while building educators’ confidence and capability.
Our practical, on-site approach supports educators in real-time within everyday routines, rather than removing children for therapy.
We are an approved provider of the South Australian Government’s Office for Early Childhood Development Preschool Boost for early childhood services.Â

We tailor our support to the needs of your service and can provide:
- On-site coaching alongside educators
- Modelling of communication strategies and visual supports (including low-tech AAC)
- Small-group sessions for children
- Curriculum planning support
- Parent and caregiver workshops
- Pre- and post-program evaluation, with optional reporting

How We Work
Our Speech Pathologists work alongside educators in the classroom, embedding practical strategies into everyday learning experiences.
Programs are flexible and may include:
- Weekly on-site visits over one or two terms
- Small-group sessions delivered within the learning environment
- Ongoing coaching and feedback for educators
- Collaboration with teaching teams
- Workshops to help families use consistent communication strategies at home.

Pricing (GST exclusive)
- Day rate (5 hours on-site + 2 hours preparation): $1,775
- Small-group program (10 weeks, up to 8 children, 2 hours per session): $6,450
- Consultation: $220 per hour
- Parent workshop: $1,662
- Resources: $200 per hour
- Reports: $400 per report
- Travel: No charge within metropolitan Adelaide (outside metro by negotiation)
- Discounts available for multi-day and term bookings.
