Ashleigh’s creativity continues outside work, as an artist; paintings and illustrations are her jam. She also enjoys time with family and friends.
Tamsin Petzer
Head of Allied Health
Energy and enthusiasm personified, Tamsin Petzer is Head of Allied Health services at Elcies.
She holds a Bachelor of Education with a major in Special Education R-7, a Bachelor of Disability Studies, and a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support specialising in Autism. Tamsin is currently studying a Master of Business Administration and Management. She always puts people first whether they be clients, their families, or her team. She draws on client-centric and evidence-based best practices, lived experience and co-design principles to drive better service delivery outcomes.
Outside work, Tamsin is a high-achieving sportsperson, with the netball court and running track her happy places.
