Tamsin Petzer
Head of Allied Health
Energy and enthusiasm personified, Tamsin Petzer is Head of Allied Health services at Elcies.
She holds a Bachelor of Education with a major in Special Education R-7, a Bachelor of Disability Studies, and a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support specialising in Autism. Tamsin is currently studying a Master of Business Administration and Management. She always puts people first whether they be clients, their families, or her team. She draws on client-centric and evidence-based best practices, lived experience and co-design principles to drive better service delivery outcomes.
Outside work, Tamsin is a high-achieving sportsperson, with the netball court and running track her happy placesÂ

Clinical Lead - Speech Pathology

With over 20 years as a Speech Pathologist, Michelle is passionate about helping clients overcome communication challenges and nurturing the next generation of speechies. She combines therapy, research, and education to support both clients and future clinicians.
Holding a PhD and as an expert in stuttering and cluttering treatments, Michelle loves watching the confidence and potential of her clients and mentees bloom.
Fun facts: Michelle has two pet frogs and loves stepping out in a pair of headturning shoes.Â
